Pilot Episode Musings

2013-04-22T02:47:44Z

Posted by: aryas_zehral

Heya,

I’ve watched the Pilot three times now so I thought I should maybe write down what I thought of it, jot down a few notes, and then, um, this happened. :/ Apparently I have lots of thoughts, some of them sort of intelligent, some of them shallow and probably inconsequential. And, in a revelation surprising to no one, apparently its the characters and their interactions that appeal to me.

For ease of navigation/keeping to the topic it has subheadings. :)

( Irisa and Nolan )

( Two Houses )

( Irisa and Tommy )

( Amanda and Kenya )

( Nicky Riordon )

( Other Questions and Comments )

So those were my thoughts. What were yours?

Posted by: aryas_zehral

This is a community for the tv show Defiance. Discussion, meta, fic, graphics, squeeing and speculation all encouraged.

Rules

1. Be nice to each other, please respect other people's opinions.Try and keep this a safe space. That means don’t use sexist, racist, homophobic or transphobic language here. If there’s a problem or you think I’ve said something wrong tell me so I can fix it. No flaming, no trolling.
2.Spoilers! Anything from an ep not yet shown or less than two weeks old should be behind a cut.
3. Header information for fic outside of a cut, fic itself behind the cut. Use warnings or explicitly state that you have chosen not to warn. Don’t warn for slash because that implies slash in something bad that needs to be warned for and would violate rule number 1.

Required header info:

Characters/Pairings:
Warnings:
Summary:

4. No more than 3 icons or one image no more than 400x400 outside of a cut.
5. Promos for other comms are allowed but only if relating to Defiance in some way. I will yank this if the place becomes merely a promo comm.
